William T Pyles, Sr.

Pyles, Sr., William Tarrence, 63 of Springfield passed away November 9, 2017. He was born on April 9, 1954 in Springfield, Ohio, the parents of Esco Lamar and Martha Margaret Pyles. Bill worked as a mechanic at Lawson's Marathon on East Main and retired from Springfield News and Sun as a single copy carrier. Bill enjoyed motorcycles, working on cars, fishing, and in a room full of people he was the number one person to make you laugh. But his fondest thing to do was spend time with his family. He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter Bobbie Jo Pyles; sister Betty Lawson; father-in-law Julius Howard and neice Michelle Howard. Survivors include his wife of 43 years Linda Pyles; children William T. (Lorie) Pyles, Jr., Donald E. (April) Pyles and Allen M. Lara; brothers Jerry Pyles and Tommy (Kellie) Pyles; sisters Nancy Williams and Joyce Brickles; In-laws David (Jodi) Howard, Jimmy (Marty) Howard, Budd (Kathy) Howard,Lucresia Haynes and Brenda Chesshir. grandchildren Cameron, Elyssa, Brandi, Donald, Jr., Chardie, Jada, Bobbie, Shayla and Payslee; great-grandchildren Kailand and Ryleigh; many nieces and nephews; mother-in-law Helen Howard. Visitation will be Tuesday from 2-4PM and 6-8PM in the RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME. Services to honor Bill will be Wednesday at 1:00PM in the Memorial Home with Rev. Orbie Estep officiating. Burial to follow in Rose Hill Burial Park.
