William Terry Allison

William T. "Terry" Allison, age 77, of New Carlisle, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 21, 2025. Born on January 25, 1948, in Dayton, Ohio, Terry was the beloved grandson of Adam Lensch and the beloved son of the late William Marshall Allison and Thelma Evelyn Allison.

Terry dedicated his life to serving others, working tirelessly as a client advocate for St. Vincent De Paul, where he made a significant impact on the lives of the homeless and displaced. His passion for helping others was matched only by his skill and enjoyment in working as a handyman and carpenter.

He leaves behind a loving family: his devoted wife of 26 years, Terri Allison; his son, Dustin Allison and wife Juanita; his daughter, Wendi Moore; his stepdaughter, Heather Phipps and husband William; and his cherished grandchildren, William Phipps, Zachary Phipps, and TJ Woodward, William Fasick, Chase Burton, Skylar & Zavier Moore, Dustin Johnson, Ray McConnaughey, Elizabeth Allison, Dylan Hedrick, Fayth Hedrick, Ashley Alllison, Tyler Allison, and many great grandchildren. Terry is also survived by his sister, Roberta “Birdie” Allison & Tom; his niece, Heather Prince and her children, Josh, Owen & Madeline; his nephew, Christopher Allison and wife Tiffany and his children, Eli and Avery; and many other relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.

In addition to his parents, Terry was preceded in death by his sisters, Evelyn and Laurel “Lori” Allison.
