Willard Mccomas

Willard McComas, 81, of Lakeview, OH, passed away Wednesday, September 1, 2021. He was born November 15, 1939 in Cabell County, WV, the son of the late Vollie and Frankie McComas. He was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose: Indian Lake 1533. Willard is preceded in death by his sister Phyllis Dye; long-time girlfriend Charlotte Williams; and sister-in-law Kay McComas. He is survived by his daughters Debra (Tony) Honeyman and Jana (Regan) Oswalt; sons Willard Lee McComas, Martin (Christa) McComas and Bryan McComas; brothers Earl (Irene) McComas, Vollie McComas, Jr. and Bill (Sue) McComas; twin sister Mildred Chapman; sister Lorena (Ronnie) Woodrum; his long-time girlfriend’s grandchildren who he helped raise Mark and Christy Mote; 10 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family. Willard’s wishes were to be cremated without services. Arrangements have been entrusted to Trostel, Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home.
