Virginia Sue Foreman

Foreman, Virginia Sue, 68 of Springfield passed away September 8, 2018 in the Springfield Regional Medical Center. She was born in Springfield, Ohio on November 9, 1949, the daughter of Leo and Barbara Williams. Virginia retired from Security National Bank. She was a proud member of the Liberty Baptist Temple, where she was serving as the church secretary. Virginia was an accomplished writer having published four books. In her spare time she enjoyed sewing and spending time with her book club. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister Karen Williams. Survivors include her husband Jerry M. Foreman, whom she married February 21, 1996; son Buddy Searcy; twin sons Bobby and Donny Searcy; daughters Dawn (David) Skaggs and Chairatae (Frank) Mershon; brothers John and Dave Williams; 3 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Thursday from 6-8PM in the RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME and one hour prior to services at church. Service to honor Virginia will be Friday at 1:00PM in the Liberty Baptist Temple with Rev. Kermit Rowe officiating. Burial to follow in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
