Vickie Sue Scurlock

Vickie Scurlock, 62 of Springfield, Ohio went to her eternal home unexpectedly to be with her Heavenly Father on September 19, 2021. Vickie was born in Springfield, Ohio on May 7, 1959 to her loving parents John and Dorothy (Brown) Ballenger. Vickie loved attending garage sales, playing bingo and spending time with her family and friends. Vickie was preceded in death by her parents John and Dorothy, her three siblings and close friends: Sandy, Judy, Rodger, John Baxley, Edna Schiernbeck, and Barb Moore. Vickie is survived by four sons: Michael, Randy (Heaven), John, and Jeffery; two daughters: Angela and Shari. Vickie is also survived by many loving people including Jeff Hurley, Charles Scurlock, Timothy Boeke, Amanda Diaz, her nieces and her nephew: Marilyn, Beverly, Michelle, and Tom. As well as several grandchildren and many other family and friends.Services to honor Vickie will be Friday at Noon in the RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME with Pastor Nancy Lutz. Visitation will begin at 11:00AM. Note: If anyone plans to attend the service, the family respectfully asks that a face covering be worn regardless of Vaccination status.
