Tuyet Thi Nhu Brown, 68, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Wednesday, May 2, 2018, surrounded by her family. She was born in Binh Dinh, Vietnam on December 25, 1949, the daughter of the late Nghi and Bay Nguyen. She was a member of Crossroad Baptist Church and volunteer at the Fellowship Tract League. Tuyet served the Lord in Vietnam for many years and was a bold witness of Jesus wherever she went. She was a loving, selfless wife, mother and grandmother. Tuyet is survived by her husband of 45 years, Steven; children Van (Kerry) Erickson, Tuan (Hoang) Nguyen, Hieu (Byron) Plett, Richard (Karen) Brown, Rebekah Brown, Paul Brown and Tim (Heather) Brown; siblings Huong Nguyen, Phu (Nam) Nguyen and Lan (James) Brady; and grandchildren Danielle Plett, Atalee Brown, Alyssa Brown, Ashlynn Brown, Adrina Brown, Mila Brown and Zara Brown. The funeral service to honor Tuyet will be Saturday at 11:00 AM in Crossroad Baptist Church with visitation beginning at 10:00 AM. Memorial contributions may be made to Crossroad Baptist Church.
