60, of New Carlisle, Ohio passed away Tuesday, June 5, 2018. He was born October 11, 1957 in Saranac Lake, New York the son of Thomas Newton & Elizabeth (Martin) Sutphen. Thomas was a devout Christian. He is survived by his mother, Elizabeth Sutphen; his wife, Leanna Newton; three daughters, Meagan (Jud) Avila, Sarah (Jacob) Gulick, Deborah (Josh) Chapleski; a son, Kenneth (Melissa) Bailey; seven grandchildren, a brother, Ken (Cathy) Newton; five sisters, Kristine Peterson, Lisa "Kathryn" (Bob) Simpson, Christine (Steve) Ginter, Jenny (Mike) Novak, Karen (John) Magyer; several beloved nieces & nephews; other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his father, Thomas Newton. Private services at the convenience of the family.
