80, of New Carlisle, Ohio passed away Wednesday, January 2, 2019. She was born February 7, 1938 the Clinton County, Ohio daughter of the late Robert & Mary (Watson) Reeder. She is survived by a daughter, Cynthia Miltenberger; two sons, John Cunningham, James & Tina Cunningham; 8 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; 3 great great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Charles "Jim" Weller; a son, Michael Pewter; a granddaughter; Krystal; two brothers, Robert & Richard Reeder; and a sister, Catherine Thompson.
