Shawn Fitzgerald Allman

Allman, Shawn Fitzgerald, 60 of Springfield died September 4, 2021 in the Springfield Regional Medical Center. He was born in Springfield, Ohio May 6, 1961, the son of Frances Boyd and Roberta Leah Shotts Allman. Shawn was a devoted husband, father, grandpa and friend, to know Shawn was to love him. He was an avid Elvis fan, enjoyed fishing, cheering on his Miami Dolphins but most of all he loved his grandbabies and watching them grow. He was preceded in death by his parents; stepfather Leslie Smith; sister Bridget L. Allman and sister-in-law Mary Cornell. Shawn leaves to cherish his memory his wife Pamela A. Allman; three daughters Hope A. Mollett, Elisha Lynn-Allman and Leah -Allman; two adopted daughters Tyfani N Wallen and Michelle (Melvin) Belle; grandchildren Bryant (Shahana) Mollett, Shawn (Lisa) Mollett, Corey (Alanna) Taylor, Jr., Jacob Mollett, Casey Brockington, Jr., Samantha Keyes, and Nevaeh Taylor; great-grandchildren Jae’Lynn, Elijah, Catalaya, Aurora, Carter and Kaia; god children Brooks James, Bianca James and Brittany James; many nieces and nephews and lifelong friends/best friends Arthur J. Cornell, Homer F. Roberts, Jr., Robert Zimmerman and Royce Martin. Memorial services to honor Shawn will be Thursday at 2:00PM in the RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME.
