Sharon Lou Fowler

Sharon Lou (Fiste) Fowler, 80, of New Carlisle, passed away on Thursday, September 10, 2026. She was born December 8, 1945, in Dayton, the daughter of the late Floyd, Sr. and Gertrude (Parks) Fiste. Sharon was a loving mother and grandmother. She enjoyed fishing, baking pies, and traveling throughout Ohio metal detecting. Sharon is preceded in death by her husband Marvin Fowler, Sr.; daughters Arlena and Sharlena Fowler; brothers Floyd, Jr. and Robert Fiste; and sisters Barbara Smith and Norma Parrish. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Marvin, Jr. and Jennifer Fowler; sister Sandy (Johnny) Hobbs; grandchildren Jeremiah Fowler and Isabella Fowler; and several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Visitation will be held Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 10-11am with the service to honor Sharon beginning at 11:00am at Trostel, Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home.
