Sharlene Faye Botkin

Sharlene Faye Botkin, 69, of Springfield passed away December 22, 2017 in Eaglewood Care Center. She was born November 13, 1948 in Springfield the daughter of Frank and Audrey (Randolph) Woodruff. Sharlene had worked as Activities Director at Essex House for over twenty years. She is survived by two sons Timothy (Sarah) Longworth of Urbana, and Tracy (Melissa) Botkin of Springfield; brothers Dale Woodruff of Mechanicsburg, and Rick (Beth) Woodruff of Springfield; ten grandchildren Jennifer Riley, Johnny Bailey, Jason Riley, Jessica Longworth, O’Ryan Botkin, Codey Botkin, Brittany Botkin, Jeremy Longworth, Justin Longworth and Casey Longworth; four great grandchildren Michaell Pena, Mayliee Riley, Addison Botkin and McKinley Botkin. Sharlene is preceded in death by her son Tony Longworth; brother Charles Woodruff; and sisters Shirley Lambert and Diane Botkin. Memorial services will be held Thursday at 5:00 PM. in Richards, Raff & Dunbar Memorial Home. Visitation one hour prior to the service.
