59, of New Carlisle, Ohio passed away Saturday, April 20, 2019. He was born September 14, 1959 in Dayton, Ohio the son of the late Mace & Dorothy (Gerlaugh) Dooley. He is survived by his long time companion, Della Coffman; son, Scott L. Bellar; a daughter, Juanita Allison; grandchildren, great grandchildren; a brother, Mike Bellar; two sisters, Yvonne (Lou) Sansom, Tammy (John) Kendrick; other relatives and friends. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by three brothers, Darrell, Gregg & Mace. Private services at the convenience of the family.
