Saundra Sue Via

Via, Saundra Sue 75 of Springfield lost her battle with cancer on October 13, 2018 at 11:45PM. She was born on October 21, 1942 in Springfield, Ohio to Roy and Vonna (Waugh) Parks. Saundra was a graduate of Springfield High School. She retired from F.F. Mueller Residential Center after 35 years of service. Saundra was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and cared for all those around her. She was an avid bingo player and loved her bingo family. Survivors include her sons Craig (Angie) and Kevin Via; brother Robert (Debbie) Parks; grandchildren Joshua (Casey), Katie (Curtiss) Rasnic and Chris Via; great-grandchildren Owen and Lincoln Via and Kenzie Rasnic; several nieces and nephews. Saundra was preceded in death by her husband Don of 52 years of marriage on May 17, 2013; her parents and brother Jim. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5-7PM in the RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME.A service to honor Saundra will be Thursday at 1:00PM in the Memorial Home with Rev. Danny Miller officiating.
