Ruth Ellen (Cultice) Spivey, went to be with her Lord, September 11,2018. Born, February 4, 1955 to Ella Cultice-Smith and James H. Cultice, In Springfield, Ohio. Preceded in death by her mother and father (see above), daughter Elizabeth Ann Davenport, brother James E. Cultice, sister Janet L Sharp, sister Virginia A. Protsman-Hays, step father William R. Smith, step sisters Peggy Alderson and Sharon Lay. Survived by her husband, Lew Spivey, sons John (Missi) Davenport, Amber (Dale) Godsey, Haley, Brooke and Makayla Wyatt, Chris (Macy) Wilson and Adelay and Link. Paul (Jenny), Paul II, Gracie and Sierra. Step children Robert (Kayla, Mackenzie, Noah and Malachi), Angie (Michael, David, Jackson, Luke and Annie Grace), Selena (Mark). Sister Alice (Tom), Brother Jacob (Missy),step sisters Martha (Chuck), Marilyn (Arthur) and numerous nieces and nephews. Originally from So. Charleston - Springfield, Ohio, lived in Georgia and Florida for 30yrs. Small business owner for over 30yrs. She loved gardening and attended bible study. Memorial to be held at the Pitchin Community Church, in Pitchin, Ohio, on October 20, 2018, at 11am. Pot luck dinner and fellowship to follow after service, in the church basement.
