Ruth Keller

89, of New Carlisle, Ohio passed away Thursday, July 30, 2020 in Vancrest. She was born February 9, 1931 in Altoona, Pennsylvania the daughter of the late Deo & Mary (Krise) Bollinger. Ruth was a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Korean Conflict. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church and was the Chaplain for the American Legion. She is survived by her children, James Keller, Kathy Mumford & Nancy Keller; a granddaughter; two great granddaughters; a sister, Jean Luke, nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Keller of 63 years; and a brother, Barrett Bollinger. Private services at the convenience of the family.
