Roy Lee Anderson

Roy Lee Anderson age 57 of Springfield, passed away on Saturday, June 24, 2023, at Springfield Regional Medical Center.  He was born the son of Raymond & Ruby (Muncy) Anderson on August 26, 1965, in Springfield, Ohio.  He is preceded in death by his parents; sister Lucy Anderson.  Roy is survived by his beloved wife Leona; sons Justin (Heather) Doughman, Roy Lee Fuller Jr., & Joshua Daniel (Toya) Doughman; brother Gerald (Patricia) Anderson; 7 grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, & a host of friends.  Roy was a loving husband, father, grandfather, & friend.  He will be missed by all of those who love him.  For many years he worked for himself as a general contractor.  In his spare time, he enjoyed throwing horseshoes, playing corn hole, & most of all attending family gatherings.  A memorial gathering of friends & family will be held on Thursday, July 6, 2023 at RICHARDS, RAFF, & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME 838 E.
