Ronald Ossege, 82, of New Carlisle, died May 19, 2019. He was born June 7, 1936 in Dayton, the son of the late Edwin and Loretta Ossege. Ronald retired from GM. He is survived by his wife Carolyn and many other extended family members. No services will be held.
