Roger E. Loper

Roger E. Loper, 78, of Chillicothe, passed away June 25, 2016. He was born March 16, 1938 in Clarksburg, WV, the son of Robert and Lucille (Moore) Loper. Roger was a United Methodist Minister, serving as clergy for several Ohio churches over the years. He is preceded in death by his parents and the mother of his children Jaewell Loper. Roger is survived by his sons Phil (Tonya) Loper, Ray (Renee) Loper and Matt Loper; six grandchildren; and ten great-granchildren. Funeral services will be Monday at 1:00 PM in the Chapel at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens with visitation beginning at 12:30 PM.
