Rodney E. Patterson, Sr.

Rodney E. Patterson, Sr., 68, of Springfield passed away unexpectedly on Friday, June 15, 2018. He was born March 9, 1950 in Springfield the son of Edwin D. and Vera (Puffer) Patterson. Rodney was retired from Paygro/ Garrick Inc. Rodney enjoyed building model cars and was an avid fisherman. He is survived by three children Scott D. (Tina) Patterson of Englewood, Candy S. Patterson and Keith T. Patterson of Springfield; two sisters Connie (Reece) McFarland and Deb Baugh of Springfield; five grandchildren;three great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents and a son Rodney "Jay" Patterson, Jr. Memorial services will be held Friday at 11:00 AM. in RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME with visitation from 10 - 11 AM. .Inurnment to follow in Rose Hill Burial Park.
