Rita L. Kibler

Rita L. Kibler, 81, of New Carlisle, passed away Tuesday, October 13, 2020. She was born December 11, 1938 in Vickery, OH, the daughter of the late Dale and Margaret Mowry. Rita retired from W.P.A.F.B. after 30 years. She enjoyed her family, especially her grandchildren and playing blackjack. Rita is survived by her sons Dale Kibler and Duane (Janet) Kibler; grandchildren Sophia G. and Logan D. Kibler; sisters Alice Knauer and Edith Gray; numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband Clarence M. Kibler, Jr.; brothers Dale and Donnie Mowry; and sisters Emily Quinn and Joann Andrews. The funeral to honor Rita will be held Thursday, October 22, 2020 at 11:30 AM at Trostel, Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home, with visitation beginning at 10:30 AM at the funeral home.
