Ricky A. Brown

Brown, Ricky A., 56 of Springfield passed away June 30, 2022 in the Kindred Hospital following a brief illness.  He was born in Springfield, Ohio on November 15, 1965, the son of Carl E. and Loretta S. (Adkins) Brown.  Ricky worked for W. A. Stevens as a carpenter.  He enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening and NASCAR.  He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.  Survivors include his parents; companion of seventeen years Elizabeth A Shepherd; daughters Daysha (Brian) DeBrosse and Haven Brown; step-daughter Heather Shepherd; brothers Ronnie Brown and Anthony (Shelly) Brown; sister Patricia (Eric) Simison; grandchildren Jordan Jean Louden, Kindell Shepherd and Cheyenne Shepherd; and many nieces and nephews.  Services to honor Ricky will be Wednesday. July 6, 2022 in the RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME at Noon.  Visitation will begin at 11:00AM.  Burial to follow in Vale Cemetery.  Expressions of sympathy may be made at www.richardsraffanddunbar.com .
