Richard Brent Raines

Richard "Rick" Raines, age 69, of Springfield, passed away Sunday, July 20, 2025. He was born August 15, 1955, in Springfield, the son of H. Richard (Dick) Raines and Janice E. (Williams) Raines. He dearly loved his family and close friends. Though he loved to go parachuting when he was young and shooting, his favorite thing to do was just to be with his loved ones. He was preceded in death by his parents Dick and Janice Raines. Survivors include his brother Walter “Rowdy” Raines, sister Cheryl Raines Miller, brother-in-law Chris Miller, uncle Loring “Butch” Williams, nieces and nephews, Kellie (Justin) Holmes, Whitney (Jason) Ordeneaux, Hayleigh (Ryan) Olsen, Brice (Kristen) Miller and Brock Raines, as well as many great nieces and nephews.
