RICHARD E. KESSLER

92, of New Carlisle, Ohio passed away Friday, April 8, 2016. He was born April 23, 1923 in Dayton the son of the late Carl & Catherine (Bollandor) Kessler. Richard was a WWII U.S. Army veteran, was affiliated with the Boy Scouts of America for 45 years and retired from General Motors, Delco Moraine. He is survived by his sons, Cylde, Rex, Leroy & Andrew Kessler; six grandchildren; four great grandchildren;; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Betty Kessler; brothers, Carl, Don, Jim & William Kessler. Visitation will be 10-12 noon Friday, April 15, 2016 at the TROSTEL, CHAPMAN, DUNBAR & FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, New Carlisle, Ohio with funeral service at 12 noon in the funeral home. Burial will be in Wheelock Cemetery.
