Richard Cecil Herbst age 74 of Springfield passed away on Wednesday, December 23, 2020. Richard was born the son of Andrew & Jessie Catherine (Patrick) on December 17, 1946 in Dayton, Ohio. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, January 5, 2020 2PM at Vale Cemetery. Service entrusted to Richards Raff & Dunbar Memorial Home.
