Richard Paul Hahn Jr.

Richard Paul Hahn Jr., age 53, of South Vienna, Ohio, passed away on May 16, 2026. He was born on October 8, 1972, in Springfield, Ohio to Sharon (Howell) Hahn and Richard Hahn Sr.

Rich is preceded in death by his mother, Sharon; both maternal and paternal grandparents; aunt, Kathy Gladman; and uncle, Jason Sims.

He is survived by his daughter, Cheyenne (Chaden) Casto; father, Richard Sr; brother, Mike (Karen) Boysel; sisters: Krissi Hawke and Shelli McGuire; granddaughter, Bailey Casto; aunt, Lori Sims; uncle, Rickey Howell; nephews: Michael and Jason Boysel; cousins: Dustin Miller, Jesse Sims, Jason Boysel, and Breanna Howell; and his beloved fur baby, Jake.

Rich was a graduate of Northeastern High School. He was a jack of many trades but spent a large part of his career working at Rittal. In his free time, Rich enjoyed anything outdoors such as fishing, boating, shooting, RC cars, and racing. He also loved working on cars and motorcycles, especially his Honda Shadow.

In honor of Rich’s love for cats, donations can be made in his name to the ASPCA or any local animal shelter of your choice to help save a cat.
