Phyllis Kay Smith, 83, of Beavercreek, passed away at Vancrest. She is preceded in death by her husband James Smith. She is survived by her sons Mike and Roger; 3 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren. No Services. Arrangements have been entrusted to Trostel, Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home.
