Phyllis J. Palmer

Palmer, Phyllis J., 88 of Springfield died December 10, 2017 in the Springfield Regional Medical Center. She was born in Sidney, Ohio on May 15, 1929, the daughter of Robert and Marcella Good. She loved playing Euchre and BINGO. In her spare time she enjoyed camping and fishing. Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents; two sons; two daughters; four brothers and three sisters. Survivors include her son Rodger E. Palmer; daughter-in-law Pamela Palmer; sisters Janet (George) Mowell and Lois Ewers; grandchildren Robert David (Kristin) Palmer, Christina (William) Tillman and Rodger Palmer, Jr.; many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Thursday from 6-8PM in the RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME. Services to honor Phyllis will be Friday at 2:00PM in the Memorial Home with Rev. Orbie Estep officiating.
