Phillip W. Hayslip

Hayslip, Phillip W., 53 of Springfield went home to the Lord on February 5, 2018 in the Springfield Regional Medical Center. He was born in Springfield, Ohio on January 13, 1965. Phil was a 1983 graduate of Shawnee High School. Survivors include his brother Allen (Jodi) Hayslip, Jr.; nephew Ben Hayslip; several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents Allen and Hazel Hayslip, Sr. Memorial services to honor Phil will be Saturday February 17, 2018 at 11:00AM in the RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME with his Uncle Rev.
