PHILIP M. EVANS

67 of Donnelsville, Ohio passed away Friday, March 11, 2016. He was born November 9, 1948 in Ladysmith, Wisconsin the son of the late Louis & Maxine (McGraw) Evans. He was a U.S. Army Vietnam veteran and retired welder. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Jean (Koenig) Evans; two step children, Clint (Julie) Monnin, Angela (Kyle) Wildermuth; four grandchildren; three brothers, Louis, Loyal & Darrell; three sisters, Laneta, Faye & Kathy; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother, Michael, four sisters, Ginny, Pat, Nancy & Debbie. A gathering will be 2-6 PM Sunday March 13, 2016 at the TROSTEL, CHAPMAN, DUNBAR & FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, New Carlisle, Ohio. Mass of Christian burial will be 11 AM Monday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, New Carlisle.
