Smith, Paul J. "Smitty" of Cincinnati formerly of Mechanicsburg went to be with the Lord on Friday, December 4, 2020. He was born July 30, 1926 on Dr. Kraut’s Farm on Rosedale Road to Bill and Frances (West) Smith. Survivors include his wife of 70 years Mary Lou (Howard) Smith; children JOetta (Jon) Burton, Margaret (Todd) Augustine and Rick (Brenda) Smith; grandchildren Melissa (Steve) Kiser, Jenny (David) Chaney, Carrie (Mark) Dunn, Levi (Leigha) Cauley, Keane Dunn, Antinio Augustine, Luka Cauley; special niece and nephew John (Debbie) Flynn, nieces and nephews Kevin (Amy) Flynn, Kelsey (TJ) Zink, Jordan Flynn, Scott Flynn, Amy (Keith) Fyffe, Linda Courson, Harold (Kathy) Smith; foster daughter Francis Dodds; special lifetime friend Paul (Joan) Brammer. Paul proudly served his country during WWII in the US Army. He worked in the Auto Industry for 63 years at Frost Motor Sales and David Kehl Chevrolet. He loved to work and loved people and hid family. He was a ASA instructor and helped a lot of people over the years. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing, hunting and bowling. Smitty was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers and sisters. Services to honor Paul will be Saturday at 1:30PM in the Richards, Raff & Dunbar Memorial Home. Family and friends may call from Noon until time of services. Burial to follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, Mechanicsburg. Expression of sympathy may be made at www.richardsraffanddunbar.com.
