Paul R. Penwell

Penwell, Paul R., 78 of Springfield passed away January, 20, 2018 in the Springfield Regional Medical Center. He was born in Springfield, Ohio on January 13, 1940, the son of Albert and Sarah Penwell. Paul proudly served his country in the US Army. He was a member of both the Moose and Eagles. He retired from Stevenson Heating and Air with 49 years of service as the head mechanic. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife Sandra L. Penwell; brothers Jimmy and Gene Penwell; sister Alberta Penwell; and son Dale Penwell. Survivors include his children Lorra (Jeff) Miller, Paul A. Penwell and Mike (Audrea) Penwell; brothers Jerry (Sandy) Penwell and Raymond (Joanne) Penwell; grandchildren Lindsay (Brent) Kendall, Chris Miller, Cody Penwell, Josh Miller, Logan (Shelby) Penwell, Haley Penwell, Devon (Brooke) Penwell, Jessie (Brant) Washburn, Kristen (Jasen) Karkan and Brady Penwell; 20 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. Services to honor Paul will be Saturday at 11:00AM in the RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME. Visitation will begin at 10:00AM. Burial to follow in Rose Hill Burial Park.
