Paul E. Hughes

Paul E. Hughes, Jr., 75, of South Charleston passed away on Monday, January 8, 2018 surrounded by four generations of family. He was born May 29, 1942 in Springfield the son of Paul and Nellie (Brumfield) Hughes. Paul spent his life working as a brick mason and later as a semi-truck driver. His greatest joy was spending time with his family. Paul is survived by his wife of fifty-seven years Donna Hughes; children Tami (Dennis) Givens, Todd, Tracie and Tye (Kyle Horner) Hughes; grandchildren Tiffany, Brandon, Ryan, Spencer, Emily, Adam. Dakota, Kali, Kami and Kyndol,; great grandson Theryn; siblings Kathy (Bob) Hall, Joan (Tony) Marzullo and Charles (Diane) Hughes. He is preceded in death by his parents; an infant daughter Paula Jo Hughes; brothers Larry and Jim Hughes. No services are planned. The immediate family requests privacy at this time. In lieu of flowers, food or cards, memorials can be made to the American Cancer Society, American Lung Association or Hospice of Miami Valley.
