Patty was preceded in death by her parents, siblings: Donna, Floyd, Richard, and Robert Leffel. The family would like to thank Danbury Senior Living, Amy Jo Black, and all her wonderful caregivers for their extremely compassionate, loving care. Many thanks also to Day-City Hospice for their extraordinary care. Richards, Raff, and Dunbar Memorial Home has been entrusted with the final arrangements and private burial at Rose Hill Cemetery.
