Patsy Ann Merrow

Patsy Ann Merrow, 79, of New Carlisle, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, December 16, 2025. She was born September 28, 1946 in Hazard, KY, the daughter of the late Virl and Glenna Ritchie. Patsy retired from WPAFB where she worked in the Air Force Security Assistance Center (AFSAC). She was a member of Donnels Creek Church of the Brethren. Patsy enjoyed sewing and spending time with her family. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband of 56 years Charles Merrow; and son-in-law Dana Black. Patsy is survived by her daughter Lisa Black and grandchildren Tyler and Maya Black. Per Patsy’s request no services will be held, burial will be with her husband at Myers Cemetery.
