PATRICIA (BROWN) FULGHAM

54, of Springfield, Ohio passed away Tuesday, November 13, 2018. She was born August 27, 1964 in Portsmouth, Ohio the daughter of Roy & Wanda (Wilson) Brown. She was a U.S. Army Reserve veteran and registered nurse with Davita Dialysis Clinic. She is survived by her husband, David Fulgham; son David Fulgham II; a daughter, Samantha (Andrew) Ayres; two brothers, Matthew (Missy) Brown, Nathan (Leighann) Brown; three sisters, Cindy Croyle, Sandy Martin, Jill Rowles; two grandchildren, Ally & Lexi Ayres; other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her mother, Wanda Brown. Visitation will be 5-7 PM Friday, November 16, 2018 at the TROSTEL, CHAPMAN, DUNBAR & FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, New Carlisle, Ohio. Graveside services will be 10 AM Saturday at Ferncliff Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Children's Medical Center, Dayton.
