Pamela R. Carroll

Pamela R. Carroll, 66, of New Carlisle, passed away surrounded by family on Sunday, July 3, 2022. She was born July 23, 1955, in Middletown, OH, the daughter of the late Raymond and Gertrude Dowden. Pam volunteered at Carriage Hill Metro Parks Riding Center, helping with the kid’s pony rides. She was loving wife, mother and grandmother. Pam is survived by her husband James; children Keesa (David) Baumgardner, Katherine Smyth, Dustin (Dana Salyer) Smyth and Skyler Smyth; grandchildren Russell Smyth, Carson Baumgardner, Grace Baumgardner, Kallie Conder, Kendell Conder, Kaycee Conder and Anthony Radford.
