Norma Jean Thomas

Norma Jean Thomas, 89, lifelong resident of Springfield, passed away Sunday, August 3, 2019. She was born September 14, 1929, the daughter of the late Arthur and Evelyn Gueth. Norma graduated from Springfield High School in 1947. She was preceded in death by her husband Richard "Dick" Thomas, Sr.; and four brothers. Norma is survived by her children Richard (Jo) Thomas, Jr., William Thomas and Sharon Thomas Benton; grandchildren Katherine (Kevin) Gee and Richard (Angel) Thomas; great-grandchildren Justice, Alex and Everett; great-great granddaughter Sophia; and three sisters. Visitation will be Friday, August 9, 2019 from 5-7 PM in RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME. The funeral service to honor Norma will be Saturday, August 10, 2019 at 10:00 AM in the memorial home.
