58, of New Carlisle passed away unexpectedly April 27, 2021. She was born July 5, 1962 in Reno, Nevada. Norma worked for several years at the New Carlisle Library. She loved helping others in times of need, loved her music, loved gardening, and above loved all her family. She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Dennis Cisneros; daughters Cassandra Cisneros, Shannon (Daniel) Johnson; grandchildren, Miabella Johnson, Sophia Jacobs, Kaidyn Cisneros, Leonidas Johnson; brothers & sisters, and many other relatives and close friends. Norma was preceded in death by her mother, Carlene Strong & father, Gilbert Ulmer. Memorial service times are May 15th at 2:30 pm at the First Assemblies of God Fairborn, Ohio 1751 Wilbur Ave Fairborn Ohio 45324.
