Nidia R. Harrison, 92, of New Carlisle and Tipp City, passed away on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, surrounded by family. She was born June 27, 1932, in Fayetteville, WV, the daughter of the late John L. and Dora Ramella. Nidia retired in 1992 from Department of Defense, U.S. Air Force after 25 years of service as an executive secretary. Nidia was a member of Sulfur Grove Methodist Church of Huber Heights. Nidia is preceded in death by her parents; the love of her life Ret. Col. Everett V. Harrison; brother J.L. Ramella, Jr.; and brother-in-law Joe Pishner. She is survived by her children JoAnne (Doug) Riehle and Jan (Jimmy) Gerokostopoulos; sisters Anna Marie (Mack) Canterbury and Linda Pishner; grandchildren Jason (Molly) Riehle, Joel (Melissa) Riehle, Jenna (Mexny) Augustave, and Brian (Desiree) Back; great-grandchildren Will, Tessa, Emily, Belle, Juliet, and Brian; several nieces and nephews.
