Nellie M. Staffan, 92, of Springfield passed away Monday, December 31, 2018. She was born November 11, 1926 in Circleville, OH the daughter of Charles and Vernice (Reisinger) Payne. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Ron and Mary A. Staffan of Springfield; two grandchildren Kristen and Chad Staffan. Nellie is preceded in death by her husband Martin Staffan. Private services will be held with entombment in Rose Hill Mausoleum. The family is being served by Richards, Raff & Dunbar Memorial Home.
