Nellie Elizabeth Goings

Nellie Elizabeth Goings, 94, of New Carlisle, passed away on Friday, August 08, 2025. She was born March 03, 1931 in West Irvine, KY, the daughter of the late Homer and Nettie Crowe. Nellie retired from Vancrest of New Carlisle after 20 years of service. She enjoyed Bingo, Puzzles and reading. Nellie loved to go to the casino. She is preceded in death by her husband Charles Goings, Sr.; son Charles “Shorty” Goings, Jr.; and 3 siblings. Nellie is survived by her children Rick (Bobbie) Goings and Diann (Guy) Green; grandchildren Rachel, Isaac, Jacob, Amanda, Tiffany, Conner, Jamie, and John; numerous great-grandchildren. The family would like to thank all the staff at Vancrest of New Carlisle for their loving care. Private services were held by the family.
