Mildred Jeanne Loeffler, age 92, of Springfield, Ohio, passed away on February 7, 2026.

Mildred Jeanne Loeffler, 92, of Springfield, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 7, 2026, in Springfield Regional Hospital. She was born on June 3, 1933, in Champaign County, to the late Murl and Elizabeth (Harrington) Tuvell. Mildred was a graduate of Springfield High School. She was a past member of the Asbury Methodist Church and a current member of High Street Church of the Nazarene. Mildred owned and operated Millie’s Antique Shope for many years. She enjoyed camping with family at Indian Lake, bowling, quilting, furniture refinishing, and spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, Mildred is preceded in death by her stepfather, Harold “White” Jacobs; husband of 46 years, Floyd Loefler; infant daughter; daughter, Linda Durst; grandson, Geoffrey Durst; and sisters: Barbara Miller and Mary Sarven. Left to cherish her memory are her sons: Floyd “Bud” (Joyce) Loeffler and Steven (Peggy) Loeffler; son-in-law, Gary Durst, Sr; grandchildren: Brian Loeffler, Darren (Rita) Loeffler, Bethany (Josh) Guyton, Steven Wayne (Priscilla) Loeffler, Gary (Christine) Durst, Jr., Stephen (Ashley) Durst, Sr., and Erin (Anthony) North; great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, from 11:00am to 12:00pm at Richards, Raff, and Dunbar Memorial Home, 838 East High Street, Springfield. Funeral services will immediately follow at noon. Mildred will be laid to rest at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens at the convenience of the family.
