MAURITA ANN PHIPPS
77, of New Carlisle, Ohio passed away Wednesday, February 12, 2020. She was born May 23, 1942 in Selma, Alabama the daughter of the late Charles & Gertie Black. She is survived by a daughter, Ginny (Michael) Reno; a sister, Judy (Dennis) Reck; two brothers, Charles (Susie) Black, Don (Deb) Black; four grandchildren; ; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Phipps; a son, Shawn Fox; and a sister, Helen Black. Private services at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by the TROSTEL, CHAPMAN, DUNBAR & FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, New Carlisle, Ohio.
