Mark D. Griffitts

Mark D. Griffitts, 63, of Springfield, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, January 29, 2021. He was born September 21, 1957 in Springfield, the son of James H., Sr. and Norma Jane Griffitts. Mark is survived by his wife Madge; father James H. Griffitts, Sr.; brother James (Carol) Griffitts, Jr.; sisters Rita Griffitts and Celesta (Leslie) Erskine; step-sons William (Amanda) Speakman, Nick (Cassie) Speakman and Adam Speakman; step-grandchildren Jordan and Aliya Speakman; several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his mother Norma Griffitts and niece Jillian Griffitts. Private services will be held by the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to Richards, Raff & Dunbar Memorial Home.
