Marjorie L Wilt, 89, of Springfield, Ohio passed away peacefully the morning of June 19, 2017 at Hearth and Home, El Camino. She was born October 29, 1928 in Springfield, Ohio, the daughter of Clyde and Helen (Bishop) Mabry. Marjorie graduated from Springfield High School in 1947, and worked as a bookkeeper for several local businesses, the last being Doctors Schneider and Winters from 1960 to 2000. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Roger W. Wilt in September 1991, whom she married in August 1956; her sister Mary Ellen Wagner; and an infant brother. Marjorie was a long-time member of First Christian Church, and later, Springfield Church of Christ. She volunteered at Elderly United (United Senior Services) and the Clark County Heritage Center, and was very involved in genealogy as a hobby. Friends may call Saturday from 10 – 11 AM. in RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME. A short service will be held at the Memorial Home beginning at 11:00 AM with Pastor Bill Warax officiating. She will be buried in Oak Dale Cemetery, Urbana, Ohio at the family's convenience.
