Marilyn Jean Sharp

Marilyn J. Sharp, age 86, of New Carlisle, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Monday, November 24, 2025. She  was born on October 27, 1939, in Hillsboro, Ohio to the late Leonard and Viola Holmes. In addition to her parents, Marilyn is preceded in death by her brother, Joseph Holmes.

She is survived by her brothers: Jim Holmes and John Holmes; daughter, Elizabeth Carter (Gary Lawson); granddaughters: Nichole (Paul) Printz and Samantha (Michael) Crites, three great grandchildren: Brooke, Paige, and Andrew, who were her pride and joy.

At Marilyn's request, no services will be held at this time. We will be holding a private dinner with family.
