Marilyn Eloise Cook

Marilyn Eloise Cook 91, of New Carlisle passed away after a short period of illness, at home with her husband on Saturday, July 5, 2025. She was born in Dayton, Ohio on April 22, 1934, to the late Ora William & Thelma Edna Orth. She was the owner and operator of Office Associates in Dayton; she also worked for many years as the treasurer of the Kemba Credit Union. She is survived by her husband of 55 years William Cook; sister Carol Spencer of Moraine, Ohio, nephews, Gregory Spencer & Jeffrey Spencer, of Moraine, Douglas Hall of Virginia; niece Sherri Turner of Rhode Island and many other relatives and friends. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her brothers Roland Orth and Norman Orth, sister, Genevieve Hall. A private ceremony will be held by her family.
