Mari-Ann Henesy

Mari-Ann Henesy, 90, of Springfield passed away Tuesday, August 13, 2019 in her home. She was born January 6, 1929 in Springfield the daughter of William H. and Goldee (Bowman) Hart and was a graduate of Springfield High School. Mari-Ann was a Licensed Practical Nurse and worked at Mercy Medical Center until 1976, and retired from St. John’s Hospital in Santa Monica, CA. She returned to Springfield in 2010 and became an active resident at Forest Glen. She is survived by her sons Jerry (Cathi) Tuckerman of Springfield and Don (Sonia) Henesy of Gainsville, FL; six grandchildren Melanie Whitmore, Chris, Eliana, Austin Henesy, William and Benjamin Kisley; five great grandchildren Stephanie Hoylman, Stephen Whitmore, Lily, Aria and Layla Henesy; two great great grandchildren Madison and Brooklyn Hoylman; special friends, the Roddy family and the Forest Glen Bible Study Group; and her close friends at Forest Glen. She is preceded in death by her parents and a daughter Randye-Lynn Kisley. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, August 31, at 1:00 PM. in Richards, Raff & Dunbar Memorial Home with Rev. Marv Wiseman officiating. The family will receive visitors Saturday from 12:00 – 1:00 PM. Contributions may be made in Mari-Ann’s name to Hospice of Miami Valley.
