Loretta was a resident of Springfield, Ohio at the time of her passing.

She was married to Dallas.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 5-8PM in the RICHARDS RAFF DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME. A service to honor Loretta will be Thursday at 11:00AM in the Grace Missionary Baptist Church with Pastors Bobby Jenkins and Orbie Estep officiating. Burial will be in the Lakeview Cemetery Paintsville KY.
