84, of Tipp City, Ohio passed away January 22, 2021. She was born July 27, 1937 in Clairfield, Tennessee the daughter of the late Herman & Perna (Meadows) Pack. She is survived by her children, Teresa (Ira) Butts, Donna (Edward) LaPrath, Randall (Brigitte) Combs; six grandchildren; six great grandchildren; other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a son, Ronald Combs; brothers & sisters. Private services at the convenience of the family.
